We can mask selected areas of a part. However, jobs that involve this process will likely require additional time to complete because we use a paintable masking process that must cure between coats. The length of time each job takes will also depend on the quantity and size of parts, as well as the intricacy of the masking required.

Electroless nickel as plated would be 48 RockwellC. It can be hardened through baking to 68 RockwellC.
How much does it cost to rush a job?
Expedite fee for orders up to $1,000 is $200 in addition to plating cost.
Expedite fee for orders over $1,000 is 20% of plating cost.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Typically, we ship parts within 5-7 business days of receiving them. However, additional services such as masking or media blasting may add to the turnaround time.
Can the plating be removed?
In most cases, we can remove plating that we have applied.
